JOHN S. HAGER, ESQ. is originally from Spring Valley, New York. In 1994, Mr. Hager received his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.

After graduating from UF, Mr. Hager attended Nova Southeastern University where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. After graduating from law school and passing the Florida Bar, Mr. Hagar began working as an Assistant State Attorney in the Broward County State Attorney's Office.

In this position, Attorney Hager gained extensive knowledge and trial experience. Handling thousands of cases as a prosecutor, from misdemeanors to felonies, has provided him with the skill and knowledge necessary to represent clients today.

After leaving the State Attorney's office, Mr. Hager worked for an insurance defense firm and litigated on behalf of Florida's biggest insurance companies. Today, Mr. Hager is a committee member of the Traffic Rules Committee in the State of Florida and is a member of The American Bar Association(ABA), The Association of Trial Lawyers of America(ATLA), The Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL), The Broward County Bar Association, and The Broward County Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association.

BRETT M. SCHWARTZ, ESQ. is a born and raised Florida resident. Even the majority of Mr. Schwartz's educational and vocational experiences have taken place in Florida: he received his bachelor's degree from the University of Miami, where he co-founded the Pre-Legal Society. He also worked as an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office.

After attending college, before taking his job as an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Schwartz received his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law where he participated in regional and national mock trial competitions.

As an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office, he was able to hone his litigation skills and criminal law knowledge. He handled thousands of cases as a prosecutor from misdemeanors to felonies, for example DUI, domestic violence, drug offenses and theft offenses.

After working at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office, Mr. Schwartz took a position at Florida's largest insurance defense firm and litigated on behalf of some of the state's biggest insurance companies.

As of today, Mr. Schwartz has tried hundreds of cases to successful verdicts in both County and Circuit Courts. He is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts and the United States Southern District Court and is a proud member of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America(ATLA), The American Bar Association(ABA), The Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers(FACDL) and The Dade County Bar Association. In addition, Brett is on the Board of Directors for the Shaken Baby Alliance. Brett is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts and the United States Southern District Court.
